Junior I (12 and Under/Pre-Team)
Monday – Friday 4:00pm - 4:45pm, Indoor Pool

Junior II (12 and Under Development)
Monday – Friday 4:45pm - 6:00pm, Indoor Pool

Senior I/14 and under  (Senior Sprint and 14 and Under Development)
Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:30pm, Outdoor Pool
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm - 5:30pm Dryland AND 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Outdoor Pool
Fridays: All Girls and all Boys workouts. Times alternate by week, starting as below, Outdoor Pool
All girls 4:00pm - 5:30pm and all boys 5:30pm - 7:00pm on September 7th
All boys 4:00pm - 5:30pm and all girls 5:30pm - 7:00pm September 14th 

Senior II (National/Sectional Group)
Practice Requirements: 6 Workouts per Week, including Saturday Morning.
Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm - 6:00pm, Outdoor Pool
Tuesday and Thursday 4:00pm - 5:30pm Outdoor Pool AND 5:30pm - 6:00pm, Dryland
Fridays: All Girls and all Boys workouts. Times alternate by week, starting as below, Outdoor Pool
All girls 4:00pm - 5:30pm and all boys 5:30pm - 7:00pm on September 7th
All boys 4:00pm - 5:30pm and all girls 5:30pm - 7:00pm September 14th
Saturdays 6:00am - 8:00am (mandatory)
(5am mornings are open to all swimmers Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:00am)
